Subscription > Payment Issues

If you have problems submitting your payment or if you see error messages, please repeat the steps all over.

Go to your account settings https://planner.ganttic.com/account and:

  1. Select a subscription
  2. Add account details and click 'Next'
  3. Enter credit card details and click 'Submit'
