We made our pricing system different from traditional "pay-per-seat" and "choose-a-plan" offerings. You can buy Ganttic as you by fruits at your grocery store - just as much as you need.

1. Few users, lots of resources
CAR RENTAL. Matt and Jim are taking care of planning the 40 cars fleet. They subscribe to Ganttic with 2 users (Matt and Jim) and 40 resources (cars they schedule for renting out).
2 users x 0.69 € + 40 resources x 0.69 € = 28.98 € (about 40.7 US dollars) per month.
0.69 € is the cost of 1/2 litres (0.13 gallons) of petrol per car

DESIGN AGENCY. ABC Creative LLC employs 27 designers, web programmers and management staff. Everybody's allowed to make their own plans. So all the staff are registred as users in Ganttic and also as resources. For monthly payment we calculate:
27 users x 0.69 € + 27 resources x 0.69 € = 37.3 € ( about 52.4 USD)
0.69 € is the designers wage for 0.7 minutes! Ganttic has to save 1,5 minutes of each employees worktime to be profitable. Too easy!
3. Server version
Huge Constructions Ltd is a building company employing 100 people and managing alsou numerous subcontractors. As their data protection policy eliminates the possibility of using SaaS services, they're purchasing a self hosted version of Ganttic. They have 5 people responsible for scheduling equipment, staff and subcontractors + 15 team leaders and management staff who have to be updated with plan changes. They are scheduling about 120 resources (people, facilities, vehicles, equipment).
( 5 + 15 ) users x 23.95 € + 120 resources x 23.95 € = 3 350 € ( about 4 735 USD)
Huge Constructions Ltd is using Ganttic for 5 years. That's about 55.8 € per month!
