3. Update Adobe Flash playerGanttic is using Adobe Flash player to work. If the Flash Player is missing or out of date you can get / update it by visiting http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/To check for Flash Players version (and some other important stuff) please visit www.supportdetails.com | 4. Check your internet connectionAs Ganttic updates the data between your computer and database in our server in real time, it needs a stable internet connection. If you are on WiFi or using mobile internet, temporary connectivity problems might occur. Try to load some other sites to check if Ganttic is only site experiencing problems. If you have lost connection for a short moment, you'll have to reload the application. |
