Project Capacity Graphs

Introduction

The project capacity graphs will give you an instant overview of when things are happening during the span of your projects. What's even better, the graphs give you an overview of your whole project portfolio.

Must-know about the feature

To be able to view project capacity graphs, you must first plan tasks for the project. Project capacity graphs are calculated using the resource utilization.

Project capacity graphs can be used to estimate the overall workload of your resources to see when your resources are actually busy with tasks. If you view the project capacity graphs of your whole project portfolio, you'll see how the tasks of each project are distributed across the timeline.
