Default Time Interval and Task Timing


Introduction

From here you can determine the default planning granularity and select the manual and calculated Task timing parameters. 

Must-know about this feature

Default time interval determines if when creating a Task, your Task will snap to an all day, one hour period or snap to the nearest 15-minute interval. You can plan your Tasks by Start/End Date, by Duration or Busy Time and Utilization. Both time intervals and Task timing can also be changed for each individual Task in Task pop-up window.

Set Default Time Interval and Task Timing 

    1. Click on "TASK TIMING"
    2. You can find it on the left Settings menu.

    3. Choose the default time interval
    4. Click on the labels to disable/enable.

      Default time interval determines if when creating a Task, your Task will snap to an all day, one hour period or snap to the nearest 15-minute interval.Choose the default Task timing
      Click on "Save" if done

      The Task parameters selected (green) will be calculated automatically, the rest can be inserted manually. 
      > Proceed to "Enable/Disable Task Dependencies"
