Subscription > Payment Issues

If you have problems submitting your payment or if you see error messages, please repeat the steps all over:

Go to Your Account from the top right (you have to log in first: https://planner.ganttic.com)


1. Select a subscription

2. Add account details and click 'Next'


3. Enter credit card details and click 'Submit'
