1. Start by clicking on the data field and select 'Add new field'.
2. Choose your data label type (1) and name it (2).
For example, if you want to create different status options (Finished, Prepared, In progress, On hold) , select 'List of values'.
3. Add new values by typing them in the 'NEW VALUE' field (1). If you want to add more than one value, just hit 'enter' and the next 'NEW VALUE' field will appear. If you want to delete an inserted value, click on the 'X' (2). If you're finished adding values, click 'Save' (3) .
If you want this value to be shown on the taskbar, select 'Show value on taskbar'.
