The first quarter of 2026 at Ganttic has been focused on a single theme: clarity. Whether you are viewing a high-level report in the office or checking a project schedule on a tablet in the field, having access to accurate, transparent data is what keeps projects moving.
Our latest updates to both the web and mobile platforms are designed to make that data more accessible and more accountable.
New mobile app: a more intuitive mobile experience
Planning does not always happen behind a desk. For many of our users in construction, engineering, and on-site consulting, the mobile app is the primary link to the project plan. This quarter, we released the new Ganttic Planner mobile app to ensure that those in the field have the same level of clarity as those in the office.
The update includes a redesigned menu for easier navigation, task coloring for better visual hierarchy, and a Single Project Gantt View.
These changes are about more than just aesthetics; they reduce the time spent searching for information and help prevent scheduling errors. By making the interface more intuitive, we ensure that team members stay aligned with the master plan, no matter where they are working.
History Log: deepening transparency for web app admins
On the web app side, we introduced significant updates to the History log. Transparency is the backbone of effective resource management, and admins now have a much more detailed view of how their data is being managed.
The History log now includes every change made to reports, covering modified settings, visibility options, and sharing history.
In addition, we have integrated logs for all emails connected to reporting. This includes confirmation emails, updates to automated recipient lists, and a record of the actual reports sent out as scheduled works.
For the user, this means an end to the guesswork. Admins can verify exactly what information was sent, to whom, and when. This provides a new level of accountability, ensuring that everyone involved in a project is working from the same set of facts.
Note: Similar to view history, these detailed tracking features began with our latest update. Consequently, changes made before this release will not be visible in the history log.
While we focused on these technical refinements, we also continued to expand our global community. This quarter, we welcomed new clients across a broad range of sectors, including Manufacturing, ICT, Engineering Services, Creative Services, Consulting, and Construction & Development.
The reach of these new partnerships is truly global, with teams joining us from Australia, Spain, New Zealand, South Africa, Hong Kong, and France. Whether it is an architecture firm in Europe or an engineering team in Asia, the shift toward structured capacity planning remains a priority for companies looking to optimize their resources!
Looking ahead
Sustainable growth is about understanding your capacity and performing within it in these challenging and uncertain times. As we move into the second quarter of the year, our goal is to continue providing the tools that make that understanding possible!
We are looking forward to what Q2 brings.
